Liability for content
The content on our pages was prepared with utmost diligence. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
German Telemedia Act ("TMG") § 7 (1) makes us, as a service provider, responsible for our content on these pages in accordance with general laws. Under TMG § 8 - § 10, however, we are not required to monitor or investigate transmitted or stored third-party information for indications of illegal activity. This is without prejudice to obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws. However, we cannot be held liable in this respect until we learn of a concrete legal violation. We will immediately remove content once we learn of any legal violations.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party web pages over whose content we have no control. We can therefore assume no liability for such third-party content. Instead, the web page providers or operators are always responsible for the content on the linked pages. The linked pages were reviewed for possible legal violations when the links were created. At the time the links were created, there were no indications of illegal content. However, we cannot be reasonably expected to continuously monitor the content of linked pages without any specific indications of a legal violation. We will immediately remove the links if we learn of any legal violations.

We only collect personal data if you disclose this data voluntarily while sending a request through our contact form, subscribing to our newsletter or registering for one of our training classes, events or online presentations.
Use of personal data
We will only use your data to respond to your inquiries and for technical administration unless you give us special permission to use it for other purposes. We will delete the personal data we have on file once it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which we collected it unless you have expressly permitted us to use your data for other purposes.
When we add your data to our contact database, we will use the data you provide – your name, form of address, and e-mail address, for example – to provide you with individual customer support or send you offers and for technical administration and our own advertising purposes.
You can revoke your consent at any time by e-mailing infonoSpam@chemicalparks.com.
We will delete the personal data we have on file if it turns out that we are not permitted to store it.
Please note that transmitting data over the internet (e.g. in e-mail communications) may not always be secure. It is not possible to fully protect data from being accessed by third parties.
We expressly object to any third party using the contact data published on our legal notice page ("Imprint") to send unsolicited advertising and information materials. The page operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action against any party who sends unsolicited advertising or information materials, including, but not limited to, spam e-mails.
