Rhodia Acetow is the operating company of InfraRHOD. With its 19% market share worldwide Rhodia Acetow is the 3rd largest producer of cellulose acetate tow “RHODIA® Filter Tow”, which is used for the production of cigarette filters. Currently the area is mainly used for chemical production and research. There are four producing companies situated on the ground of InfraRHOD as well as several smaller service industries:
